Write an essay analysing the connection between human resource management and innovation, specifically the automation of internal organisational procedures.Specifically, many argue that staffing needs and organizational processes will change, as technology grows more sophisticated. These arguments primarily are made with respect to the private sector. Do you believe they are valid for the public sector, too? Put differently, do you believe that advances in technology will change the structure of public organizations in the same way they are anticipated to change the structure of private organizations?
